※If you wish to bring family or friends, lessons are available for adults and children together.
※If you wish, we can teach together even if there is a difference in level.
※In the above cases, the lesson content will be tailored to the student with the least experience and the youngest age.
We may refuse your reservation in the following cases:
Dates when group lessons such as school trips are scheduled.
A day when there is no English-speaking instructor available.
※Please refrain from attending classes if you are feeling unwell, such as having a fever or cough.

When you apply, you agree to pay the cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees will not apply in the following cases:
・Cancellation or suspension due to bad weather.
・Cancellation or suspension due to slope conditions.
・Cancellation or suspension due to public transport conditions.
・If the lesson cannot be held due to circumstances beyond the control of the instructor or the school.
In principle, cancellation fees will be charged for reasons other than those listed above, but if you have unavoidable reasons for canceling, please be sure to contact us.
If you cancel without notice, 100% cancellation fee will be charged, regardless of the reason.
We may refuse reservations that are subject to cancellation.
【How to cancel】
・Please contact us by email. (Please tell us your name, lesson reservation date, and reservation course.)
・Your reservation may not have been cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation reply. If you do not receive a reply, please contact us again.
